What to Bring?

Wear comfortable clothes that are suitable for movement. Consider bringing an extra layer for cooler temperatures. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, blocks, bolster, and water. If you need to borrow a mat, bolster, or eye pillow, please request them during registration. Availability is limited and handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Don’t forget to bring a packed lunch to enjoy on-site during our break.
