Slow Flow Yoga: Intentionally move with your slowed breath in and out of poses. Pause to ensure good alignment so you stay safe and strong. Improve your poses for greater strength, flexibility, and balance.

Yin Yoga: Invite peace and mindfulness as you settle into held seated, prone, and reclined poses that are well-supported. Target the deep connective tissues of the spine, hips, and knees for greater blood circulation and joint mobility. ​​​

Connect with a Bible reading as you engage in a Slow Flow or Yin Yoga. Reflect with a closing prayer. Be present with God as you quiet the mind, alleviate stress, and move for a healthier and more spiritual you!
