Cancellation Policy:

If a participant cancels before Sept. 30, the student will receive a full refund. If the participant cancels after that date, there will be a $25 cancellation fee, or the student may transfer participation to another person with no cancellation fee. No refunds for late arrival, early departure, or missed activities. If there is an emergency, and the instructor needs to cancel, students will receive a full refund. If a minimum number of participants have not signed up by Sept. 30, the retreat will be cancelled, and students will receive a full refund.
