Cancellation Policy:

If a participant cancels before March 31st, the student will receive a full refund. If the participant cancels after that date, there will be a $25 cancellation fee, or the student may transfer participation to another person with no cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for late arrival, early departure, or missed activities.
 
If there is an emergency, and the instructor needs to cancel, students will receive a full refund.
