"This is a very helpful class. I have been doing yoga with Lisa for a month, and I can move so much better than I have been able to in years. Plus, it has helped me get off of a high dose of prednisone that I was having to take for joint inflammation. That medicine caused me to put on over 30 pounds, and Lisa's class has helped me get control of that also. My joints and back feel like I am way younger. Everyone should try this class.
