Find Time When You Least Expect To Do Yoga

It’s another busy day. When can I ever find time to squeeze in some yoga? How can I do yoga when life is so hectic with school, work, family, and other responsibilities?


Invite a little creativity into your everyday life!


Yin Yoga is the perfect practice to sneak in some time for self-care. The next time you turn on the tv, streamline a movie, or read a book, settle into a seated or reclined Yin posture. Glance at the clock, and then just focus on what you are doing. Before you know it, you’ve held the pose for 3-5 minutes, allowing you muscles to relax and stimulate the deep connective tissues of the body. Switch sides, or move in another posture. Keep going! You’ll be surprised how much yoga you can get in when you’re focused on another activity.


Find one moment in your day when you stop to relax or engage in a still activity. It’s the perfect time to invite a little bit of yoga into your life!


It’s a lifestyle shift that can quickly become a healthy habit!
